Return and refund policy

 

At MOY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our return and refund process works:

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Swedish law (2005:59), you have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving them.

 

  • Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).
  • To initiate a return, email us at hello@itsmoy.com with:
    a) Your order number and contact details.
    b) Product(s) to be returned and reason for return.

2. Return Process

  • Once we confirm your return is approved, we will provide a return label via email or post.
  • A 129 SEK return and restocking fee (or equivalent in local currency) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned items.

3. Return Conditions

  • Products must remain unused with seals unbroken.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Issues with Your Order
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Notify us immediately at hello@itsmoy.com with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund based on the extent of the issue.

5. Complaints and Warranty

  • You can file complaints under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) within 3 years of purchase for manufacturing defects.
  • Contact us with your order number, photos, and details of the defect.

6. Return of Discounted Goods

  • If your purchase included a gift or an extra discount, the value of the gift or discount is treated as a general discount on the total purchase amount.
  • If part of the purchase is returned or exchanged, the returned items are valued at the purchase price minus their share of the discount.
  • No recalculation of the original basis for the gift or discount will occur in the case of exchanges.
  • Promotions or offers for gifts and discounts:
    • Apply only to new purchases made through the website.
    • Cannot be claimed retroactively or transferred to another purchase.
    • Are not credited when exchanging for another item.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered only if the product is defective or incorrect.
