Return and refund policy
At MOY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our return and refund process works:
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Swedish law (2005:59), you have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving them.
- Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).

2. Return Process
- Once we confirm your return is approved, we will provide a return label via email or post.
- A 129 SEK return and restocking fee (or equivalent in local currency) will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned items.
3. Return Conditions
- Products must remain unused with seals unbroken.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Issues with Your Order
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

- We will replace the item or issue a refund based on the extent of the issue.
5. Complaints and Warranty
- You can file complaints under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) within 3 years of purchase for manufacturing defects.

6. Return of Discounted Goods
- If your purchase included a gift or an extra discount, the value of the gift or discount is treated as a general discount on the total purchase amount.
- If part of the purchase is returned or exchanged, the returned items are valued at the purchase price minus their share of the discount.
- No recalculation of the original basis for the gift or discount will occur in the case of exchanges.
- Promotions or offers for gifts and discounts:
- Apply only to new purchases made through the website.
- Cannot be claimed retroactively or transferred to another purchase.
- Are not credited when exchanging for another item.
Note: Return shipping costs are covered only if the product is defective or incorrect.
1. Shipping and Cancellation
We ship our products globally, and the estimated delivery date depends on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. Items in stock are normally delivered within the number of business days stated on our website.

2. Uncollected Delivery
If your order is delivered to a pick-up point and you do not collect the package within the specified time, or if you refuse to accept or otherwise fail to receive your delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 179 to cover the additional costs incurred.
3. Delivery Responsibility
If you have agreed to have your order left outside your door if you are not home at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for the order once the delivery company has left the package outside your door. All responsibility for the package passes to you once it has been delivered according to your instructions.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package or suspect that your package has been lost during transit, please contact both us and the shipping company as soon as possible. We recommend that you first contact the shipping company that handled your order to expedite the process. Keep in mind that the shipping company may request evidence, such as photos of the damaged package, so be sure to keep all the materials you receive.
For lost packages, we recommend that you also contact the shipping company and us so we can begin an investigation. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping company, it is their responsibility to ensure it reaches you, but we are happy to assist in resolving any issues.
