Ingredients:
• 1.5 dl oatmeal
• 5 tablespoons MOY Full On meal replacement vanilla/coconut
• 1-2 dl milk depending on the desired consistency (almond milk or milk of your choice)
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for a little extra sweetness)
• A handful of your favorite fruit (eg berries, sliced banana)
• Some nuts, seeds or coconut flakes (optional for extra crunch)
Instructions:
Prepare the base: 1. In a bowl or container, mix MOY Full On meal replacement, milk, chia seeds and oatmeal.
2. Add honey or maple sugar if you want some sweetness. You can adjust the amount according to your desired taste.
3. Stir the ingredients thoroughly and make sure the mixture is mixed well.
4. Add a pinch of nuts or seeds for extra texture (Optional for extra crunch)
5. Refrigerate overnight: Cover the jar or container and refrigerate the mixture overnight or at least 4 hours. This allows the oatmeal to absorb the liquid and become creamy.
6. The next morning, stir in the oatmeal mixture. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk.
7. Top with extra fruit or nuts and enjoy!
