Our smoothie bowl is a healthy and tasty solution to meet your iron needs during different phases of the menstrual cycle. We've included spinach, a rich source of iron and other essential vitamins, to ensure you get what you need. And don't worry, it won't taste like lettuce.
Ingredients:
• 2-2.5 dl almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
• 1 scoop MOY Full On Meal replacement vanilla (or protein powder vanilla)
• About 50g of spinach
• 1 banana
• Fruit or berries for topping (we have chosen kiwi, pumpkin seeds, banana and grated coconut)
Instructions:
• Pour almond milk (or your preferred liquid) into a blender along with the meal replacement/protein powder, spinach and banana.
• Blend until smooth or until you have reached the consistency you want.
• Top with some good fruit, granola or as is. Enjoy!
