Oatmeal with extra protein

Many of us think that plain gray oatmeal is not particularly fun to start the day with. But we think we have the solution to this. With MOY's protein powder, you can easily add flavor to your breakfast porridge while the first meal of the day is packed with proteins, which also keeps you fuller for a longer period of time.

Ingredients:

• 1.5-2 dl oatmeal

• 0.5 tsp salt (optional)

• 3-4 dl water

• 1 scoop of MOY's protein powder. (We have chosen to use vanilla)

Instructions:

• Mix oatmeal, salt and water in a bowl and mix all ingredients together.

• Put the oatmeal mixture in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes. You can also choose to boil the mixture on the stove.

• When the porridge has come together slightly and feels warm, you can add a scoop of protein powder to the mixture. Sometimes the porridge can become a little dry when you have added the protein powder, then add more liquid until you have reached the desired consistency.

• Now your porridge is ready! You can choose to top it with berries, nuts, fruit or something else good. We have chosen to add fresh berries and a splash of almond milk. Have a nice meal!
